Fees are determined each year by the Committee of Management based on enrolment numbers and in direct proportion to the cost of running the kindergarten program. Olympic Avenue Kindergarten is an Incorporated Association which is not for profit.

Kindergarten Fee Subsidy
Fee subsidies (i.e. reduced fees) are available for eligible families (4 year old groups only) that have any of the following cards, visas or documents:
- Health Care Card
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card
- Temporary Protection/Humanitarian Visa 447, 451, 785 or 786
- Asylum Seekers on Bridging Visas A–F
- Refugee and Special Humanitarian Visas 200–217
- Resolution of Status (RoS) visa, Class CD, subclass 851
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children
- Triplets or quadruplets attending a funded kindergarten program in the same year

Extended Care Program – OAKcare
A $100 enrolment fee is required with enrolment application
