Su joined us at OAK in 2020 after completing her Masters of Teaching at Deakin University back in 2017. One of her philosophies is the belief that play can help children learn about the world around them.

She also has high expectations for children and believes that they can achieve and accomplish many tasks if given the opportunity.

She also believes that immersing children in the natural environment around us is one of the best ways we can let them learn.

Lastly, Su thinks that collaborating with parents and the communities around us is highly beneficial to children. During her free time, she enjoys travelling, hiking or spending time with friends and family.
